Some people in Australia are still waiting for Songs of Surrender merchandise the last time I checked...but most seems to have started arriving.
so not even a way to report a damaged item/wrong size, or do a return then i presume.

I wonder if a credit card complaint disputing order (which prompts VISA/MC to contact the vendor for a response within 10 days), would get their attention/reply..
  2. Not that this is going to surprise anyone but...

Ordered quite a lot of U2 merch when they were doing the weekly limited drops alongside the single re-releases last year. Have been impressed with u2.com in Australia improving on delivery times, availability of stock.

In the past week I've had 3 items cancelled (Discoteque T-Shirt, MOFO T-Shirt & HTDAAB Peace Hat).

I find it incredibly frustrating that I have these cancelled. All of the items were ordered during special windows of availability – prior to the manufacture and production of the items. If the items are only being manufactured after the order timelines, either the TSPRINT Australian site is not placing the orders with U2.com in time OR U2.com aren’t ordered enough to meet the amount ordered.

This is even more frustrating given I am geo-blocked from ordered via the other US, UK and Europe U2.com sites. I would pay a premium in order to obtain limited addition merchandise and releases.

Like I said... not surprised... but disappointed.
