    Received email on 11th June that it has been shipped.

    Tracking started to work for me (1 week after being mailed)... but showed no progress... still the package arrived, not in OZ, but it seems a common issue outside US

    Mine took 33 days from notification so hang in there, shouldn’t be much longer.

  11. Just received the notification that the E&I DVD has shipped! I went for the premium package so I was expecting the I&E CD too but no mention of it in the dispatch email. Has this happened to anyone else and should I expect the CD to arrive at a later date?

    I had notification for the DVD on June 10th and still haven't received it!
