    They announced in mid-February that the 2024 gift will not start shipping until the end of April. https://www.u2.com/help - lists April for the second volume to start shipping. But renewal emails being sent out now are a little more exact and are saying the end of April.


    Any update on shipping for 2024 gift that you are aware of? Details of pending orders still do not show up in my account details/info for 2024 or my renewal for 2025,over at U2 dot com

    Yes, it's the same for everyone who has now renewed for 2025. Once you do, you are in a new subscription cycle and you lose the information about the previous one, even though they are still pending. Same situation here, can no longer see info about the 2024 gift.

    Last word I had was a little over six weeks ago. At that point they thought they were still on track for the end of April to ship and were pretty positive the 2024 gift would be going out at that time. They were targeting last week to start shipping. (End of April) Nothing has shipped yet though, but I'm assuming we'll start to see notifications soon.

  9. My subscription lapsed in February after I still didn't get my AB cd that I ordered in 2023, now I can't see status for the 2023 order, or the 2024 order of the lyrics book. I tried to contact the help desk last week to get another canned update, but I never even got the automated email after submitting my inquiry.
