  1. At the start of the month I lodged a help request about not being able to select my hoodie - I'm a January renewal. I followed up again last night and was pleased to see a prompt reply in my email this morning until I read the last paragraph. Apparently it's my fault for picking Vol.2 again when I renewed this year...before the 2025 gift was announced...and when there was no option of [2025 gift - when available]. FFS.!

  9. I don't understand why it only is available up to 2XL, I'm 6'4" and some 2XL's are fine, some shrink right away, but mostly the length is too short. Wish they'd go up to 3XL or larger for some other fans. Very limited. Just frustrating, I've bought some 2XL that fit fine in t-shirts and others that seemed more like a Large. Oh well, on to Next Years gift.

  10. Hello guys. I am from Brazil and my vol.2 book was delivered today. But before that i had to pay an additional $5 fee that Brazilian Correios charged just to deliver that parcel. It came very well packed with no damage on corners. The book itself was wrapped in plastic. Hope you guys have the same luck to receive your gifts soon.
