1. They haven't had a good album in 20 years , and any album in nearly 7 years.
  2. 2024 - 1997 = 😜

The last good one, was NLOTH. SOI was enjoyable. After that....rubbish except for Little Things. And it's Little Things that makes me hope they can make another good or maybe great album

NLOTH had 2 or 3 decent tracks and that was it
  4. It's all subjective. I think Songs of Innocence and Experience are great albums with some of their strongest songs. I think they can definitely pull off another great album, as long as they release it lol.
  5. Of course everything is subjective, but objectively speaking, song's of innocence was their last best album, it was controversial (we already know why), its theme was incredible, at the level that the album in all its listening makes you enter the story that the band tells (I would dare to say that miracle is the lowest point of the album), then you have the tour that connects perfectly with the album and reinforces its meaning through the visuals and interactions of the group. I think this was the peak of the modern U2 and it cost us a lot to see
  6. U2>Oasis . there is no contest here .

    It's why Oasis / NGHFB SUPPPORT U2
  7. Musically speaking SOI I love it, there is no song that I skip except the first one. What I can say is that SOE is an album without personality, its abusive production that makes pop radio music gives the feeling that it is not a U2 album, even with good attempts like summer of love, red flag day, little things or book of your heart, it does not take away that the rest of that long album is only a tribute to coldplay
  8. cmon, i can’t even listen to larry on SOE, it’s a shame little things it’s there, but well, some likes this chapter of the band so, it’s very subjective
  9. It appears to be US only, yes.

A limited edition double album (gatefold sleeve etc.) going for around the same price that the Zoo TV EP is going for... make it make sense...
  10. We are also expecting that U2 will announce a boxed set for How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb later this month.

    nice
