    Would freeze up where the layer transition happened and wouldn't move beyond that point. I tried them in multiple machines and spoke to others having similar issues. Problematic in all of them. Happened around the start of "Vertigo". If I skipped past Vertigo it played fine. If I let it get to the layer transition it would lock up.
  3. Well in light of recent announcements I feel partially responsible for the disappointing news lol.

    Can’t say I’m surprised, unfortunately. At this point in their career there is no “drive” beyond the music itself, and with their age and their increasing perfectionism the music itself can drag on and on. They need deadlines but there’s no one who can give them one anymore.
  4. I'm glad I lived and fully enjoyed the innocence and experience eras, I would never have imagined that U2 would take a long time to return and much less would I have thought that that November 13, 2018 would be the last time I would see something without using the nostalgia…
  5. The mayor of Rio de Janeiro has been promising a free U2 concert on Copacabana Beach in 2025 (like Rolling Stones 2006, Madonna 2024) I know it's very unlikely and an unfounded promise, but it's circulating in the Brazilian media.

    More recent reports from O Globo news, and government insiders have suggested it's more likely to be Beyonce. It sounded like U2 was more a wish list than an actual confirmed act from the mayor.
