When I downloaded Part I, I got tracks 1-14: Wake Up - Sunday Bloody Sunday.
When I downloaded Part II, it only had tracks 20-23: The Fly - Window in the Skies.
Then you've done something wrong or the downloads were stopped before they were complete. I've downloaded the both files just to check it and part I contains indeed track 01 to 14 (SBS) and part II begins with Bullet The Blue Sky (track 15) and ends with All I Want Is You, and contains 12 files. The second RAR file is about 96 MB, please verify that with your downloaded file and if it's not equal you should try again.
