  1. I heard a new band yesterday. They are from here in Los Angeles.

    They are called The Airborne Toxic Event.

    The single is called Sometime After Midnight. VERY Edgelike guitar...





    They soundlike if The Killers had a three-way with U2 and The Arcade Fire.



    Their other tunes are pretty cool too! Highly recommended. Check em out.

  3. I've always got my ear to the floor for new bands. The Airborne Toxic Event seem pretty cool. I've listened to the various acoustic clips on YouTube and to the album clips on iTunes... seems pretty interesting.... Certainly more interesting than the f*&^ing Jonas Bros.

    EDIT - just HOW high has the lead singer got his capo placed lol!?

    Thought the 'folk' here might like it. Nothing like some glittery - glisteny - delay-ridden guitar.

    That, and I am sure that after I went searching for them on google... The Dept of Homeland Security is going to show up thinking I'm looking to start an antrax attack or something.
