  2. The more I’ve been analysing it lately the more I’ve realised that I like most of it. Take out Boots and cedars of Lebanon and add winter and it’s top 5 but then I could do that with a few album just removing and adding in 1 or 2 and it makes a big difference to the overall score. Still think that 8 song album idea I posted yesterday would have been amazing.

    Would love to see you rate every U2 album in this way to get a feel for other 1/10 songs.

    Cedars for more remains one of the more interesting and evocative songs the band have put to record. One of Bono's finest of the modern era.

  8. Never liked Cedars of Lebanon, I was right into the album when it came out but it was a track I never liked and probably like it less the more I’ve heard it. There’s about a dozen or so u2 songs I dislike which I rank as 1/10. I’ve done the worst/best album ratings thread before but it changes slightly, gave cedars a 4 then but think I was being generous trying to see if I could get into it.
