  2. Looks like Rome:

    Very cool stadium...
  3. I was genuinely in the middle of opening a topic for this show.

One mistake you made is that is the OLD Busch Stadium, here is the new one:

Also, the capacity is 43,975 (46,861 with standing room).
  4. oh my, that brings back a lot of memories....

I spent some weeks in St.Louis as an exchange student way back in the mid-90's. Wonderful time I had there, living in a family.
That Arch on the photo, I went up there, it's so high I nearly died of a heart attack
And my family took me to a game of the St.Louis Cardinals in that Busch Stadium there..... feels like it's been yesterday

    /nostalgia
  5. They have the Popmart Arch there too. How cool
  6. I am loading up my car getting ready to drive to St. Louis. Finally its here. You can see the Arch looming in center field. If only that reminded them...

Cool webcam of the Claw under construction.

The St. Louis media is going all out covering every aspect of the show in a way I have never seen before. It's going to be hot, but who cares. My 360 experience is here at last.

  7. Bono just has to make a comment about that

have the best of time, Mark, wishing you a great experience before, during and after the show

Thanks, Kirsten. I know I will. St. Louis is where I spent most of my life, and I still consider it home. I am going with just about my entire family, most importantly my oldest son. I fully expect tears to flow for 2+ hours. It may just be the only thing to keep me cool.

Where in St. Louis did you stay when you were here? Was it an exchange program?

I am literally walking out the door now. I will be back Monday with a review. Hope they bring back The Fly.

  9. Sorry about that

I'll edit. The old one was cooler, though.
  10. Not sure if I could even step in Busch Stadium, being a Cubs fan. Not even for U2...

  11. On the plus side you could see a couple World Series pennants.

  12. Touche, but I'd take 100+ years of losing then ever rooting for that team in red. Hate 'em
