1. Dirty Day is a perfect song

    I wish it had seen the light of stadiums more often than it did
  2. masterpiece
  3. The Junk Day Mix is also great.
  4. UTEOTW ——> DD—-> Acrobat

    I would die there and then
  5. I’ve always loved the idea of bad following dirty day in a Setlist. Stay- dirty day- bad, it just flows so well. The way they did the ‘love it won’t last kissing time’ on zoo tv then the intro of bad, sadly I think dirty day will never be played live again even though it’s an amazing song.
  6. I prefer it to the album version. It's good but there's something about the way the album version is mixed that kind of keeps me from getting to into it. The Junk Day mix is more of a rocker.

    The Bitter Kiss mix is good too. I believe Butch Vig remixed it.
  8. Yes... Butch Vig remixed both, Junk Day and Bitter Kiss...
  9. Great song
    Did it get released on vinyl at all other than the album ?
  10. I never realised that butch vig did the junk day mix
  11. Yep. Quite probably my favorite U2 remix ever.

    I always wondered where the screaming "Wake up" comes from; Butch must have had access to alternate vocal takes of course, but why screaming that verse in the first place? #BonoIsStrange
