1. In my DVD best of 1990-2000 , I found a little scene of a documentary of Last night on earth. The question is : in the Menu, the page of the song have an invisible icon, and it don't open. Please , if you have the DVD , tell me if my disc have a problem, or ask me how I got the little scene(interesting!)
  2. You mean the Easter Egg, right?
    Take a look HERE

  3. Is this the 'First Night In Hell' thing with the panoramic view? I think we need a topic with Easter Eggs.

It's also on the Popmart Mexico DVD as well - the second disc.
  4. Yep it's an easter egg and my dad has the DVD and your disc dosen't have a problem
Hey Drewbee i have the popmart 2 disc aswell. That video is SOOOOOOO BORING
  5. I think it depends on the kind of music style you like. It reminded me of what Brian Eno or Hawkwind's early stuff would sound like if it was remixed in 1997. But the video is boring as hell, whatever it's exactly meant to represent.

You haven't seen the Staring At The Sun 'Miam' video, have you? Now that is weird.

And about the name 'Drewbee', lots of people call me that, and it's a nickname. But I didn't realise it was in the Name field in my profile! No problem - I actually like it a lot more than my proper name.
  6. Actually i have seen the Staring At The Sun Video and i think it is very wierd. U2 don't like it either (they say the ade a crap video for it in U2 By U2) I think they could have made a better video for it
P.S sorry for going slightly off topic

The original video is good with all the colours and the black background; and very artistic like the rest of the album. The second one (which I'm talking about) is pathetic, and belongs up there with the correspondingly pathetic remixes, none of which made the Pop experience or reputation of the album any better.

    I don't think it's off-topic; it's the right topic for it.
  8. Yep the black and white one which shows them in Miami is a dud. It's just them walking around with no shirts on and bono doing things.
  9. ... and i agree the pathetic Staring at the sun and last night on earth remixes didn't make the Pop era any better except the Mofo Phunk Phorce Mix and The IGWSHA Garand Dury/Big Yam mix. I like those two

I didn't like the Grand Jury mix in the least. A few of the Mofo remixes and the single version of Please were the best mixes and edits from that entire era.

It was a decent compilation, but I would have left Electrical Storm (both) and those remixes off the entire thing. The CD should have had B-sides (not remixes) and outtakes from that era. But then I guess the four albums it did cover were perfect for remixes, whereas the 1980 - 1990 one wasn't.
  11. Yeah the B-sides for that era were in a lot of cases just remixes but there was Summer Rain, Nort Ad South Of The River and Your Blue Room. Any version of Lady With The Spinning Head is good. Now i think about it i don't have many remixes. I NEED SOME MIXES!!! lol
