1. They're whiney, moody, and just fucking great sometimes.

I think I disagree, but I don't know much about them... the fact that they avoid playing one of their biggest hits (Creep) just because it became too famous for them is a bit... I love most of their stuff, though. I listened to Fake P.T. today and I found myself really moved for it.

That's not a valid reason at all Imo. I'd rather go with the radiohead method of playing rarities and album tracks than SBS for the 4,000th time. Probably the last great band D: (U2 is a corporation)

I WANT THAT SHOW SOO BADLY

well, i don't mean all the time, obviously. yorkeybaby's got a reputation for being a whiney bugger, but with regards to giving the fans what they want, and a little bit extra, i think they fare quite well.

I haven't seen them play Creep live since 2003, which is perfectly fine with me.

Of course, if it was one of my favorites I'm sure I would feel very differently, so I understand the criticism about them not playing it, even if I don't share it.
  5. Creep is a terrible song, so I am all for them not playing it.

It's far more suited to a band like Nirvana than Radiohead. Doesn't fit into the rest of their reportoire at all.

    Couldn't disagree more.
  7. Creep is the anthem for the generation that was smart enough to stay away from Nirvana.
