  4. 1981-12-13 Lido Beach is one of the most amazing things I ever heard in my life
  5. Quite easily the most balanced and best EQ-ed pre-87 recording there is. And the performance and energy are up there!
  6. The intro to Rejoice at that show.... The band intros and then... 'And this is Rejoice!' And the opening guitar... Gorgeous.

As for great bootlegs, I'd highly recommend the Jacksonville TUF show. Very good sound, very strong performances all around. (Can't recall the date, something like 30 April 85?)
  7. I have silver pressed CD of this show. One of the best boots ever. Especially considering taping technology in the early 80's.
  8. Based in mix of great sound quality and performances

    1992-04-07 Austin
