1. The double standard applied to Muslim countrys needs to end.
  2. Idiotic comments on JFK's speech by Santorum.
  3. We gotta do something about Syria.
  4. Separation of Church and State is heavily pushed farther than it was meant to be by the American left.
  5. I'd say church and state should be as separated as possible. And if the state is gonna give money to religious organizations, it should be distributed in proportion to the number of members in those organizations. The state itself should not recognize any faith as its faith.

Sweden is not perfect on this either. I would like us to be. Church pretty much only has a symbolical role in some state matters though.
  6. America is a little odd in the regard. Most Americans are religious, and many are open about it, but few try too force it on others. The exception being the Jehovahs Witnesses. Hate those fucks.

Yeah, I really dislike them too. Sweden is known to be one of the most secular countries in the world. Very few go to church regularly here. Most of my friends would say they do not believe in god. Atheism or agnosticism is the way to go.
  8. Agnostic myself. I go through spells where I want to believe, but have never actually found a faith. Really more a practical matter for me than anything. I live based on a fairly strict, and rather complicated personal code. Most religions would actually probally be more flexible.
