1. I have heard all their allbums from 1989-1999
I don't know which I like better, TDS or TF. I downloaded some long-form music video for Broken, has anyone seen it?

They just added a show in MA!!! I'll go for the pre-sale. It all depends on the money, and my parents.
  4. I can't see them live, it's a school day and my parents aren't fans.
I bought Ghosts the other day
  5. Hi from France

Love trent Works especialy "adrift & at peace"
  6. I was totally unaware there was a NIN thread. Now I know.

Come on, who else is a fan? This album is my favourite and the one that got me into NIN.

  7. I know next to no QoTSA songs but love NIN - The Fragile and The Slip are incredible.

I'm the opposite. I know and love QotSA but barely anything about NIN.

Check out Little Sister, No One Knows, Go With the Flow, I Sat by the Ocean, The Vampyre of Time and Memory, Fairweather Friends and I Never Came as a quick intro to them.
  8. Or start off by checking the entire Songs for the Deaf album.
  9. I actually think Like Clockwork is their best. Just my opinion, Songs for the Deaf is a close second for sure.

I'll check those out. Thanks!!! Or yeah might get Songs For The Deaf instead.

The Slip is a pretty good entry to NIN. It was the influence of Trent Reznor (amongst others) that got me interested in synthesisers and dark, strange noise. The beauty and oddity of weird noise.

  11. I'm the other way around, but I agree that ...Like Clockwork is a fine album indeed.
