And I rememeber a guy with a RED ticket standing next to me in GA, since it was a waaay better spot.

So you think starting u2.com will give you best chance rather than starting at Ticketmaster? (My crap internet won't help me, but that's a different story.)
As of now, u2.com has their links to the various ticket sites up (on http://www.u2.com/tour).
Once the pre-sale starts, those links will redirect you to a page that has something like "fanclub presale" links.
I guess those links will take you to some kind of box in which you must fill in your pre-sale code. If your eligible to buy,
you will then be taken to the place where you can select your preferred ticket.

NO NEED TO PANIC, OR RUSH WHEN YOU ARE RED HILL!!!

PRESALE TICKETS WILL BE AVAILLABLE ALL DAY

(remember there is also the "Wires" group that will have plenty of opportunity Thursday & Friday)

Good luck everybody, you will be fine

Very torn, too, about whether I should opt for seats or GA/Field seats. I want to bring my kids again, but they're short. GA might be a problem for them ever seeing the stage.

I'll be going to Boston. Anyone else planning on hitting that show?

Went with the kids to I+E seated, it was definitly the way to go. Video screens are so pleasant for them
  4. I remember seeing a family with two kids on the rail when I did GA for IE. They were standing at the spot where Bono walks on the stage at the start of the show and all of them were there since gates open. I guess you've got to start training them when they're young.

But generally speaking, seats are the way to go for most typical kids. It was actually funny seeing kids at the Coldplay concert I went to. They went nuts over the Xylobands, but I guess I did too.
  5. I chose GA now. My daughter is nearly as tall as I am, so hopefully we'll get to see alright.
  6. Oh yeah this is GREAT!
