I think the idea is great and when you've get headphones on it works great but I think it could just be doing with being a little louder, there's enough room between the volume it starts at and what it builds up to for the opening volume to be a little louder.
  2. it's better like it's in live version... you can hear that bass and still guitar at the start and then it's getting heavier and louder but you can still easily hear the calmer parts...

    Exactly.
  4. Surely not a song to play in the background as a radio song sipping some wine
Played live it earns a new life
Also better with headphones.absolutely with no children strollin around....
I Close My eyes when i listen to it
And as a bass player i love to get the sound of the bass.
    Even easy to play
  5. Edge's guitar is just a blur of noise during the loud parts live. Impossible to distinguish the changes in the guitar notes (at least for me in London with no earplugs). Still a great song. One of the highlights of this tour. Visuals are great too!
  6. My personal favorite from JT , i think Edge can use some shimmer on the solo parts. I love Exit 2017 version but only gripe is the lack of Van Morrison's Gloria in it.

I can distinguish the guitar parts. It's probably the venue you were at. The Rose bowl was very loud, crisp and clear
  8. Exit during TJT2017 was immense , a real highlight, worth the admission money alone . Loved it. Shadowman .
  9. I need this on E+I
  10. I really hope this tour isn't the end of Exit, pretty much everybody agrees it's a highlight.
  11. I'm hoping for some more Shadowman action in other songs, and maybe a speech from him
  12. Hopefully they have a new track thats really intense (dark with big drums and a killer rhythm section ala Bullet) that could slot in next to Exit with Bono as Shadowman. Would also love to see the set for EI have a really heavy dark/section, well contrasted with some light... IE didn't really have that outside of the killer version of Bullet.
