1. Great read!
  2. Deserved FOTM Nice to have you around Anam. Nice family!

PS. Have you ever been told that you look quite similar to Edo, the guitar player on Achtung Babies (one of the most famous U2 cover bands out there)?
  3. Correct. It dates back to the Elevation Tour. The house we were living in at the time was called Anam Cara, which is Irish for 'soulmates.' 'The Goal is Soul' was a bit of a Bonoism at the time. It's been the handle ever since.

Thanks buddy, that's good of you to say

Never been compared to that chap before, but I'm intrigued that my doppleganger is a doppleganger!

First pic I could find of him

  7. Oh well... that explains where he goes in the evenings...

There were a lot of people parked along that stretch of the hill BigGiRL, but I can't really remember how many. Strangely, one of the best vantage points would have been the roof of the Country Club, a venue U2 played and were photographed by NME on top of in the early days. I'm fairly certain that every window on that hill was open that day!
  9. I can see the resemblance but I'm pretty sure that dude can play that Les Paul properly, while I'm far more careful with my jeans. Must wear a beanie to U2 gigs in future though!

Hahaha, you better start working on your Les Paul skills then!
