1. It's a crazy ride, Tim. Take it from someone who knows.
  2. I'm starting easy with just on saturday morning 1 hour run, and build it up from there.
  3. Just check how Tim ended up after following all the I+E tour. On the right, how he looked like at the Vancouver gig.

I got much better numbers this year, compared to last year. In sugar, cholesterol, triglycerides, BMI, etc. Not to brag, but I aced the test.
So small changes can really make a difference. You don't have to starve to notice a difference.

Little changes make all the difference. All I did was cut down on meat intake to 2 days a week and I've lost a few pounds and have more energy... but running? Why run when you can walk? Why walk when you can ride? And I do 12 -16 ounce curls every evening for exercise!
  5. Wait, are you talkinig about running or following every show?
  6. Following every show! When you start living in a time zone that's all the way across the Atlantic you'll realise how difficult it is. Myself and Ross were way out of sync with BST in 2015

The running is easy (it's not, but it gets easier). I didn't go at the weekend, just couldn't find the time. Probably look to do a 10km during my lunch break tomorrow. I haven't attempted a "quick" 10km for a while, but I'm sure I can bring my time down.

Hahah, I will try it and see how it will go. Good luck with the run tomorrow!
  8. I really enjoy running - especially while listening to U2 bootlegs in my headphones while I go!

I was always a sprinter doing track and field in high school, but as an adult I've enjoyed running to stay in shape. Usually 2-3 times a week around 5km or so, often while pushing my two little girls in a jogging stroller for extra resistance. That way when I sign up to run 5k races I feel lighter and faster going it alone.

This is probably common knowledge to anyone reading who likes to run, but I found out the hard way that you don't want to start training for a 10km race on an old pair of running shoes... Feeling great again this spring now, though.
  9. How's it going? Last any longer than you did following the tour?

I'm just in the process of refreshing my running playlist (it's a little boring now and doesn't match what I'm listening to at the moment). I've kind of lost my way with the weekend runs, which were the longer 10-15km runs. Still running twice during the week at work with a few colleagues. They are only 6-8km runs though, so I'm looking to get those longer ones back in at the weekend (starting tonight). I went from 115km in April, to 65km in May
  10. been suffering bad anxiety and other things i won't mention, just wanted to share that gym and getting out and doing some well needed body training has put me on a good path
