Great to hear things have improved since doing some more exercise, I was never one for the treadmill but used to love a bit of weight training. Definitely redirects your focus when you get into it.

  9. Hello Michael
Tai Chi was the best studying i ever did and do. If you are feeling anxiety then this would work without the magic pills being pushed. Friends of mine take medication and i advocate this to them. It is not an overnight remedy but practiced over time it does have benefits and is not a placebo effect. I could recommend a very good book for you to read and practice from so you will know if you ever attend a class if the practitioner is any good.
    This man taught me...

  10. Just managed to squeeze in my 100th run of 2018. Going for 150 next year now that I'm in the swing of things. Gonna bring those times down a little bit as well.

  11. Not a great year on the bike. Diabetes diagnosis at the height of the Summer didn’t help. Nor did falling off and busting my wrist. But looking forward to a better year in 2018 as I’ll be commuting 25 miles for three days a week as well as the leisure spins at the weekends.
