Ha ha. I know where you are at. Yep! Every album has them. But put those four boys on a stage and it comes alive. My son was so blown away by first night London that I spent most of the time looking at him rock out and forgot i was actually at a U2 concert. Then the show took off! Thankfully i was able to take him to more!
  2. Why haven't they played Copacabana yet?

A theater tour would be a dream come true. But a logistic nightmare unless they picked select cities to do 7 -10 night runs... Don't get me wrong... I'd be fine with that.
  4. This has aged worse than Bono's mullet.
  5. The house arrest for Aung San Suu Kyi was wrong so it was a good idea to speak out and stand up for her.
What happened the last few months and particulary her actions are terribly sad, but for me, putting her under arrest as it happened still is wrong. But I'd love the band to comment on the recent events concerning her.

It also shows that asking people to put on her mask in 2009 has been a stupid idea. Glad I was skeptical about that back then.

It's a touchy topic. Probably moreso for the band.

I don't think anyone here will argue her arrect and imprisonment was wrong, an injustice. But going from there to where she is now and seemingly turn a blind eye to injustice... is just... well... unjust.
  7. We are only fed a mixture of truths in the media. I do wonder what the whole picture is regarding this. It would seem to be an about turn back on herself from what we are told in the media. I should imagine the band will avoid this particular topic until more information will appear.

  9. Pull me up a chair! I didn't know that.
