  8. You're welcome everyone! Not only was it my first U2 show ever (I was impressed), but I almost didn't go! A friend of mine invited me since his wife couldn't make it.

    In case you want to know where I recorded from, in my attachment you can see the view from my seats. We were pretty close behind the main stage. The band members would turn around and acknowledge those of us back there from time to time.

    Next to that is a page from a book that fluttered from the ceiling during Until the End of the World. (A bunch of pages fell like confetti.) You hear me comment to my friend on my recording as Intermission starts, something like "it's from a book." It looks like Alice in Wonderland, eh? Anyone know what the story is behind this?
  9. Pretty sure most of the book pages were either Alice in Wonderland or possibly even Winnie the Pooh but I can't remember that for sure. I definitely have an Alice in Wonderland page from I&E.

    Wait for it patiently in silence, if you really need to mention it, do it in real life to the person at your right, but don't post it in here. Even if it's not your intention, it feels like you're pushing and people don't like to feel pushed, much less if it's for something they have no obligation to do it and that they're doing it for free.

    Don't think that if nobody says that they want the bootleg, then it won't be uploaded or it would take more time. Is the other way around, the more you mention it, the more chance that someone gets upset about it and decides not to upload it.
    So, please don't keep saying it.

    Just excited for a bootleg, didn't realize showing that excitement was rude? I always assumed tapers would want their bootleg to be something folks got excited over, I've thought about buying the equipment to do it myself and I know my enthusiasm to do so would be pretty low if no one seemed to give a crap about it. Just my 2 cents.
