1. To get back to the theme of songs generally made a fuss over...

Still Haven't Found. Never liked it.

WE USED TO BE FRIENDS, ALEX. Not anymore. Not anymore.
  3. I do like it (ISHFWILF) but it is indeed a bit overrated.

It is no match for the two songs that bookend it on TJT (Streets and WOWY) and there could have been better songs to choose from as a single (imho).

A few years ago someone made a nice post in another thread (I tried to find it but to no avail) about why it is the band's most overrated song. I'm completely paraphrasing but he/she stated something like:

Overrated by mainstream: Made it to #1 (but Streets and so many other classics did not) and still played on mainstream rock radio.

Overrated by band: Played quite often. Never really been given an overextended "rest" (until 2018, after the post had been made).

Overrated by hardcore fans (like us): A lot of us seem to "poop" on Pride, Mysterious Ways, B Day, etc. but this one always seems to get a "pass."

    Food for thought, I suppose.

  4. That video genuinely doesn't do anything for me. I would rather listen to Elevation influx remix live rather than that. But hey that's just me.

Another song (or event) that I don't get the fuss over is Bad at Live Aid. I've watched this many times and it doesn't seem special to me. Bad generally though is a great song.

That Gig/track changed everything for U2 although they were an established live act, They had little chart success, suddenly the world wanted to know what this band was about....bring on..... T H E.... J O S H U A .... T R E E..... and the rest is history!
