1. There could be announcement on Monday, we just don't know.
  2. I think the dvd will be released before the new tour starts, won’t effect sales of the dvd or tickets.
  3. Maybe early June or September release.
  4. Bit of a random question but does anyone have any idea why the JT film is from Mexico City? Not that there’s anything wrong with the location but that will be the 2nd concert release from there and given the various locations u2 play it seems strange that they’d pick the same place again, u2 fans from Mexico have won a mini lottery it seems . Doesn’t bother me or anything I’m sure the atmosphere there was great, Popmart certainly seemed like a great show but any theories as to why the same place? I thought South America might have had a shout given its never had a release only the u23d film. I’m just realising as I write this they’ve also released 2 Paris shows, the original JT and I&E, but the question still stands.

We can’t say for sure when the video is coming. But we have spoken to some of our sources and they expect that it will be announced soon, and do not expect that the announcement of a new leg of The Joshua Tree Tour to hold up releasing this video, which they have told is complete and approved. In fact one source commented to us that it would be the perfect way to draw attention to a new leg of the tour.

My guess is that the audience is more demonstrative, plus the fact that since Mexico & South America usually come later in the schedule, the show is tighter. The converse is that there were much better shows than Boston & Chicago later on the Elevation & Vertigo tours resp. that were never released. Except Slane maybe.

And same with 360 - Pasadena was one of the worst shows that tour...
  8. From what I have seen on YouTube the Mexico shows were both great, not as good as some of the best European on the Tour but the Band had great energy and Bono seemed to be in good voice and full of energy.
