I still have nightmares about trying to get tickets through Ticketek on dial up internet--it's a million times better than what it once was!

That's me done until Auckland 2 is announced!
I did two seperate transactions for Brisbane, with no problems. Very smooth.

But had the same issue as you for Sydney, after the payment had crashed. Suddenly having $500 worth of tickets in the basket.

They also counted the failed transaction as part of my presale allocation, so ate my code

I used both my phone and laptop trying to get seats for Adelaide today (you know, trying to play it so that I might get better seats in one...only for them to slap me in the same section both times ) and when I tried again it told me my code was denied bc going over the 4 limit, but once I deleted out of my basket the code worked again. Did you try your code again after all that? It might still be fine.
  4. In what has been a crazy half an hour, I am attending Brisbane too.

    hmmm, good idea.

I didn't need my code, so haven't tried it again. I'm planning on getting tickets for Sydney 2, but will be going with my girlfriend who also has a code. We'll be using her code again, but if worst comes to worst I'll try my code again, with fingers crossed
  6. 4 Brisbane tickets at 10.02am, computer was a go slow but got straight through on mobile phone browser?
Also got Red Zone too for Melb 1 at 9.02am and will be hunting GA tix for Melb 2 once announced.
Heart stopping unit the tickets go through the "purchasing" message....
    WooHoooooo!

Will see you on the RZ line in Melbourne.
  8. This will be my second Suncorp concert, went to see Foo Fighters and the place rocked, can't wait for U2.
  9. Aren't you guys glad that the Brissy show will be at Suncorp and NOT at the Gabba or the QSAC?

IIRC Adele did her Brissy shows at the Gabba, and Guns N' Roses did their Brissy show at the QSAC.

I know I'm splitting hairs here. But there appears to be so many stadiums in Brisbane.

The Gabba is too circular, which would make concert configurations a bit awkward. And the QSAC is too old.
  10. I was just checking accommodations and it also seems Suncorp is quite central!
  11. Suncorp is the best. Seen shows at all of the stadiums in Brisbane and the one on the Gold Coast which occasionally gets the show for the Brisbane area. Train station across the road, 15 minute walk into the city, a street of pubs on the way in. Maybe even the best stadium to see a show in Australia (not sure about Adelaide or Perth though)
