1. Episode 3 of the U2start podcast!

The U2start Podcast brings you insights into the world of U2 and U2 fans. We talk with passionate and dedicated fans and take you with us in an adventure around the world following U2 on their 2019 Joshua Tree tour.

Your podcast hosts are myself and Joeri. The music is created by LikeASong.

Episode #3 - The Ultimate Joshua Tree Tour Setlist Party

We talk everything setlists in this last episode before departing to New Zealand. We are joined by Ali709, a fan from Iran and talk about what it is being a fan in Iran and U2's connections with the country. We also share the results of fan votes for the ultimate Joshua Tree setlist, and tell the story of U2's historic "backwards setlist" show.

You can listen to the podcast on our podcast page, but we are also on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcast, Stitcher and TuneIn. Just search for "U2start".

Let us know what you think! We'll be back next month with episode #4

  2. Another totally absorbing podcast, thanks Remy, Joeri and Ali. Appreciation too for the musical input from LikeASong.
  3. Thanks sir The podcast was excellent of course, @ali709 made it really interesting. I love how he was going to attend just "one London gig in GA and the other seated", and by the time the shows came he had GAs for the 6 of them
  4. Thanks! Appreciate it.

For those listening on Apple Podcasts, a 5-star review will help spreading the word!
  5. The first episode I’ve got listening to. Good job.
  6. Thanks for posting! Hope these podcasts continue!
  7. Well done Gents, I thoroughly enjoyed it, and now can actually literally hear Remy's voice in my head. Listening to U2 fans always reignites the passion if it's ever dormant. A shame I won't be able to catch any of these shows because I hope they top JT2017. I forget which one of you made the point that this might likely be their last ever shows in some of these places. And I think I'm gonna have to listen to the "Upside Down Setlist" show

The proper date is slightly mangled in the podcast. It's actually this one: 1989-12-01 - Osaka, Japan - Osaka Castle Hall
