Definitely! Let the four lads from Ireland meet the 4 lads from Liverpool with statues that actually look like their subject!

Come to Liverpool and I'll take you around the city and educate you in some real musical heritage. Don't be shy.
  2. Im only 40 minutes away tbf.
  3. Wow that was harsh I know it ain't the prettiest town out there but I'd love to visit it not only for the obvious Fab Four but also for the Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Dead Or Alive, Gerry & Pacemakers, etc heritages.
  4. I’d rather live in Hull.
  5. Get on that bus!

Yeh, it's a city of great contrast: there are obviously council estates where unfortunately the scallies make all the headlines whilst the other 90% of people living on those estates are sound as a pound.

Then there's the areas where the middle and upper class live which look as nice as any country village.

The main city centre has the 3 graces and all its history - and yes we do recognise the port's involvement in the slave trade and have museums and tours of the city to try and show that although we're a proud people we have a past to face up to, but don't judge the child by the actions of the father.

It's more multicultural then ever before and the influx of students is a beneficial thing as this adds to the city's overall culture and experience.

I love my city but am aware of all its faults and I am not blinded by this love.
  6. Gotta say, the more I hear from this record the more intrigued I am. It's shaping up to be a better one than the last few already, but I also realize that's premature to say.

    hopefully.
    Everyday life is amazing
  8. Sounds good - no superficial pop princess rapping all over it and no bland sugar-coated production either! Intriguing...
  9. More Oldplay-ish! Maybe that's the only part which sounds like that

  10. Like that - very good

Yeh give me something in the direction of their earlier stuff, but, as is with U2, they don't like going back there.
