  1. I have a dire question for any Queensland residents here.

What will the weather be like during the week of the show?

I always hear that Brisbane has "Floriday-like climate" during the Southern Hemisphere summer months.

That will affect my body since I'll be coming straight from Auckland, where the weather might be drastically different.
  2. I looked earlier and it's expected to be 30 degrees although that will obviously change many times until show day.
  3. It'll be warm and a little little humid but we haven't really had much hot weather or rain recently. It's cooler at the moment than usual
  4. Looks like Suncorp Stadium aren't recognising any unofficial numbering system for the GA queue...
  5. For reference: https://suncorpstadium.com.au/getattachment/Events/U2-Joshua-Tree-Tour/FAQ-s-U2-Suncorp-Stadium.pdf.aspx?lang=en-AU

We are aware that some fans may monitor and start their own numbering system however we cannot recognise this system to avoid discrepancies or disagreements.

These numbers will be issued on the morning of the concert as fans arrive by stadium staff.
  6. Still if fans organise themselves and be in a numbered line by morning I'm sure stadium staff will use that order to issue wristbands.
  7. I sincerely hope no one is lining up already anyway?
  8. The 7am flights from Auckland on the 10th are full with fans so it will either start then or the day before.

Yeh of course. Like a normal queue. None of this "checking in" then leaving crap.
  10. A question for previous Red Zone attendees... to get a front row barrier position is it advisable to queue from early morning of the show? Or from experience would lunchtime be early enough? I'm asking because I'm a shortish guy and have had bad experiences before where I'm stuck behind taller dudes at the front of previous shows and it's quite frustrating lol I'm prepared to queue early if I have to
  11. Will U2 have to fly the screen and stage from Auckland to Brisbane ,that will cost a fair bit I'd say
