Joshua Tree Tour 2017
Legs (3): Leg 1 - North America, Leg 2 - Europe, Leg 3 - The Americas
Shows: 54
  1. After watching some videos and seeing pictures from this tour, here are my observations... Bono and Edge look about the same from the last tour, maybe Edge even looks a little younger. Adam looks like he aged 10 years. And Larry... um, I'm not sure they have the same drummer...

  2. Im listening to the JT 2017 Pasadena mix you did. Sounds fantastic.

Also, the 5 nights at the Forum is another amazing mix from 2015. Could pass for a release IMHO . Over 40 songs, very impressive, especially the way you mixed each song upon completion, it sounds like one big show, not as if the songs were all mashed together from the 5 nights.

    Great work.
  3. I like that package. Good snapshot of that nice run.

Of course I got a ton of messages from people demanding/asking i release the full shows. Some were amusingly rude.
  4. I don't know exactly where to post this, but... "The Last Of The Rockstars" has done it again. Here's 2 hours of soundboard (not IEM!) recordings from the I&E, JT30 and E&I tours It's all mixed and from different gigs and some of the transitions are a bit abrupt (NYD into Bad, for example), but the sound quality is consistently incredible. Magnificent is from Amsterdam4 (ignore that - it's from the 360 tour!), ASOH is from Vancouver but the spoken intro is edited (actually, taking out Bono's reference to the Vancouver city itself!), Bad is from Brazil, Landlady is from Milan, Dirty Day is surprisingly from none of the actual concerts where it was played but from a rehearsal instead (probably Belfast), so on and so forth. All in all it's a very, very enjoyable listen and a great ride through the latest tours.

Whaaaaaaat?? How on earth do they source the stuff that isn't on fan club releases etc.??

Edit: is it posted anywhere to download?
  7. Where are the last 3 tracks sourced from?
  8. My sound cloud. Pretty sure.
  9. Oh how I love how this tour has changed Whole of the Moon forever.
  10. .
  11. Listening to some of the tracks of this "last of the rockstars", I can tell that many songs are IEM-sourced. For instance, Red Hill Mining Town ... maybe hoserama can tell us more ...
