1. It's futile to try and predict something like that.

Possibly 3 more tours? 2 Arena tours and 1 world wide stadium tour (so basically what they did with ie, jt and ei)?

Oh man...I honestly hope that isn't true lol.
  3. Retire.

From huge tours anyway, I'd much rather see them just release music from here on out, maybe doing small theatre tours or something. Their live performances aren't going to get better, they're only going to go in the other direction...

I know everyone likes going to see U2, hell - I love that they've gone long enough for me to be able to see them after only becoming a fan in 2005 - but I'd also love to see them not end up becoming the caricature of an aging rock band - like so many other "classic rock" bands have.
  4. I just want them to go for another 10 years so I can take my daughter & son. They would be 14 & 10 respectively in 2030. Really, the only thing on my U2 checklist is sharing that experience with them. It means more to me than getting to hear Wild Horses or Acrobat live.

I hear ya. Would love to take my daughters on a potential next tour, as well. The two oldest are 6 and 5 right now, so I’d feel comfortable taking them in 2021/2022 already.

But like Alex also said above, I wouldn’t mind them reimagining their approach completely again and going smaller venues, theaters and clubs. Probably won’t happen if they sign another Live Nation contract, though...
  6. I'm 17 years old and I couldn't go to the 360 tour, but my father during the joshua tree 2017 shared that experience with me

Or did you share it with him
  8. Why did folk hate on Electrical Storm back in 2009? I can’t fault it. Perfectly atmospheric and suited Bono’s vocal capabilities at the time to a tee.

The Edge is a bit funky sure but this was a grail love song at the time and I think it was an excellent go at it.

I think it is the edge’s part for the ‘you’re in my mind’ bit, not the first one which is more strummed but the 2nd one and then the bit where bono sort of shouts that let it down slightly for me. I thought it was a good go at it, more than passable but not as good as the William orbit studio version, I would like edge to have went more along the lines of that with the parts of the song I mentioned.

It just trudges along never takes off very pedestrian sounding live and it was way under rehearsed.

It definitely was. The Edge fucked with his guitar part in places where he shouldn't have, but otherwise it was great.
