1. Cant wait for the new album, one of my fav bands. Hoping for a NA tour in the fall!
  2. The last album wasn't great it felt half cooked, I dunno if they are that committed to the cause anymore you have Brandon off doing his solo stuff on the side and 2 of them have stopped touring, didn't they lose someone tragically that worked and was very close to them a few years ago around the time of Battle Born, they seemed to take their foot off the accelerator after that however their appearance at Glastonbury was excellent so hopefully they've regained their appetite.
  3. The Killers aren’t a band any longer... first two albums were ok but since then their output has been awful. Fans going to see them live now see half the original line up and about 5 other musicians on stage, they are like a Brandon Flowers show band who rely on Mr Brightside to get the crowd going.

Ludicrous, Day and Age was loaded and had two massive single, Human and Spaceman. Battle Born and Wonderful were hit and miss, but they can definitely still write a great tune

I strongly disagree with this. As the above said Day & Age had two pretty big hits, Battle Born has Runaways & is such a great, underrated album & I do really like Wonderful Wonderful. They are still great live & for me as much as it sucks not having the full band (same with any band) but the two most important guys are still there as I think Ronnie is a terrific drummer & has been far more important to The Killers being The Killers then Mark or Dave.

But, I totally get why people wouldn’t like it without the full band, it’s the same with any band that is missing original members ala Kiss, The Who etc

  7. I'm excited for that on Thursday!! I did notice Mark in that clip, but not Dave.

I'm also sad that they're not really a real band anymore, just a Brandon Flowers and Friends type of situation. I saw them last summer, and it was still a great show, but felt a bit like a 00's nostalgia act, which is weird to be able to say. Still looking forward to this new album!
  8. Hahaha, yeah, we're not getting any younger are we?
  9. So so pumped for the new song & new album!!
  10. This song is F**KING AMAZING!
