  1. It's really great to see - and hear! - that the Keith M master of 1987-04-22 Los Angeles CA was so well received

Now I have wonderful news for you all: JEMS is going to share the Keith M masters of the two following nights
in Dale City CA ("Cow Palace") this weekend

    Stay tuned
  2. Cow Palace? That has ASOH! A nice mix of that would be sweeeeeeeet!
  3. I'm reading through your comments from yesterday, people. I love that you loved it It's a great show, they really hit their stride after the first few gigs of the JT tour. By the time the tour got to Las Vegas and California they were in top form.

Thanks again @BigGiRL for bringing us a fresh new transfer of this great LA gig, and thanks @Welsh_Edge for hosting the liveshow again

See you guys next time (I hope!)
  4. Maybe I can help and participate when dear Joyce and Sergio can me next time an another show that you will be streaming allowing to remastering it in 5.1 mix
I have some ideas in my head thinking how can I making this
Look at my new topic that I created as for now and share your thoughts and ideas!

    Cheers
    Jimmy
  5. A short reply: we're not going to remaster vintage masters to 5.1.
  6. Excuse me what I had done, it was just my intention to helping, not causing any harm.
I had only questioned for 2U.
I had wrote a peacefully PM for you.
  7. Aren't you just a little bit curious, if only for the trainwreck element?
  8. Nnnn...nah. I always end up feeling sorry the train...
  9. This is true. I'm always the person yelling on the board "what the heck were you thinking? this is polluting the show recording pool!"

But a 5.1 "remix" of a two channel 1987 tape got me curious. Not in a good way, but curious.
  10. I admit...

I would personally prefer a pseudo-quadraphonic redo though...just to have that word in the header...

I have like more than ten softwares that I could it mixing in 5.1
I swear to you Hoserama, it sounds much better, but I can find the testing taste mix.
It costs time and some many sweat, but when you have the right sound had finded you will be very satisfied it.
It is much sweeter then Audacity and any other types like, but I had kept this some of my secret until today when I saw an influence discussing about DTS in the Sydney show topic.
I had planned between December 2018 and Summer 2019 to making many of the good sounding bootlegs to remastering, but I had stratched it in some way, beacuse of the time of these makings.

I had just for testing at Christmas 2019 some few songs of the Point Depot 1989 shows and I had compare both the original and remastered 5.1 and it haded so much a better result, but it's each of own things right now and I agree with both of you and Joyce and I will not meddling my own things here and Joyce is the one only remasterer here in the house and I very much respect that

As of the Dublin 1993 Redux was the best was I heard from your Joyce!
    Well done
