    Could've did Gloria I guess.

Some of the rented(?) equipment played up a few times on the tour. A complete blackout in Singapore during Exit, issues in Saitama when they couldn't move to the next set of visuals and then audio problems in Seoul.
the blackout in Singapore triggered an awesome Gloria snippet though, Bono nailed it

You're right, I was getting it mixed up with Tokyo 2. Gloria would have been the obvious choice.
  3. Imagine if they were struggling to get it sorted for streets. How many songs do you think they would have used for "filler" until they eventually decide to skip it.
  4. All of the JT songs have sauce in the mix, so not like they could have just moved on.
  5. The Joshua Tree Acoustic Edition Tour

I was wondering about this, I also read somewhere it was rented. But the screen looks identical to the '17 one? I can't imagine a rental company having these screens on stock just in case somebody wants to tour the Joshua Tree?

Or did they rent the components/diff crew/middleware?

There’s no Joshua Tree printed on the screen so its isn’t the same...
  8. Understand that it was a different screen, makes sense logistically I guess. I'm just wondering what was "rented" and how that would make a difference (in terms of malfunctions etc)
  9. This very minute, one year ago, i was stepping into my car to go to Schiphol/Amsterdam Airport. The start of what would become a great trip for me.

How long did you go for? Leaving the day before is tight!
  11. It was tight indeed. We arrived in Seoul around 11 o clock (ok...i'm gonna make the joke....tick tock...), then by bus to the hotel where we arrived around 12.30, took a nap and walked to the stadium (15 minute walk). The day after the show a hop-on/hop-off bus tour. And 10 december back to Holland.

We would like to spend more days, but i changed jobs that year so was very tight on vacation days (don't know if that's correct English, but i hope you understand what i mean)
  12. 6AM in Seoul right now. One year ago I was waking up and wondering why the heck I was up so early on a show day...
