1. Watched this yesterday and totally missed it, just gone back to see it!
  2. Perhaps they forgot Bono left first.... I was always under the impression he went straight back to wherever they hung out backstage, he didn't wait around for the other guys did he?
  3. I remember it was discussed, yes. There was someone who pinpointed the historical conflict that U2 didn't play before Queen so they would never have crossed there (it was Dire Straits actually).

Yes, they didn't play back to back, but Freddie tried to hit on Bono backstage during Live Aid, if I remember correctly from U2 by U2.

  5. I knew about before seeing the movie so when they appeared in the movie I was so hyped and paused the film to show my mom

Yeah there is also a video where Bono talks about it

  7. I noticed this ‘goof’ straight away. They obviously didn’t come off stage together, and after U2 they went to Philadelphia,Queen weren’t next in the broadcast,And if you look at a roadie pushing the equipment case, the U2 logo on it is from the Achtung Baby era ie circa 1991 onwards...6 years later.
  8. Anyone got more pics of this epic photo:

Well, there are a lot of 'mistakes' in this movie. The biggest that Freddie told the others he was HIV infected was not just before the Live Aid show, but just before the Wembley show that was filmed at the end of The Magic Tour. Off course also a couple of songs which appeared on other albums than where they seem to appear in this movie. But i still liked this movie. Enjoyed it more than the Elton John movie.
  10. Yes because the Elton John movie is pure shit flowing
