    Yeah I'm assuming a R&H part 2 sort of.
  2. So they recycled a tour and then recycle a documentary about that tour? Mmm
  3. It is a bit disappointing to think that what would have been one of my favourite releases with a full show could become amongst my least favourites being a documentary. If they could release a live cd to go with it that featured TJT live in its entirety that would make up for a lack of full performances in the film if that ends up being the case.
  4. We know that they took the original JT17 photos in a desert on the west coast of The Netherlands in 2015. I'm assuming a second session happened on the EI tour around Los Angeles and Las Vegas just before Omaha. This was believed to be used for the 2019 promo material.

Yeah, that's what it lists on U2songs too indeed: "Anton Corbijn was with the band in the California desert in 2018, and it was during that same trip that the photograph used for promotion of the 2019 leg of The Joshua Tree Tour was shot by Ross Andrew Stewart. The photograph featured the band walking in the desert with their instruments."
  6. That photo has Edge with an acoustic, must be the same place for the Heartland performance.
  7. Heartland live. Potential for great behind the scene footage of a tour. If people were expecting U2 to release just a regular concert in the theatre, that’s just not realistic. Only reason U23D was a straight concert was because of the 3D experience. Of course it’s gonna be more of a documentary. Hopefully they release the straight concert for everyone just wanting that, but this film was definitely never supposed to be just that. I’m very excited for it.
  8. Yeah I think they’ll all be playing the instruments that they were shown with in the 2019 promo photo. Still cool if it’s the full song.
  9. Joshua Tree album and tour were a big succes, the movie/documentary not so much. So they might think twice about recycling that one.

I would like them to play only the tools given away with the souvenir pack. That would mix things up a bit.
