1. I’m hoping this film gets a soundtrack release, with at least all the Joshua tree songs performed live.
  2. Would love to have to have an official release of Mother’s of the disappeared live
  3. Maybe a fanclub release would be sufficient. I'm not sure a public live album is what the public wants. But yeah, a live documentation is essential.
  4. It's interesting that they are breathing life into the track 'Heartland'. It always stood out on Rattle & Hum like a sore thumb and hasn't been given it's due.

Learning about guitar gave me fantastic insights into that track and a deeper appreciation.
  5. I wish they did this with every concert movie, but live Joshua Tree would be pretty great. Add a second disk with recordings from 1987 (with audio of Red Hill Mining Town from rehearsal if they are so bold).

Very curious to hear what they did with that one.. Guessing a very different arrangement because those falsetto's were hard for a 26 year-old, let alone 58..
  7. I guess they're desperate for a cinema release.

Nothing but ATYCLB promotion for this year now.
  8. When the movie theaters come back, we there will be many movies that do not released this current year. I think that will not there dates available for a any concert movie. By the way, very few people want to go in a movie theater in these days until we have a vaccinate. I believe that many plans changed after last months.
  9. It will depend on the country. Australia (not a large part of the film industry) has cinemas running pretty smoothly albeit with capped numbers in the majority of cities. People who can't go to concerts will enjoy a cinema version but it will be long, slow road back.
  10. Ok U2. Do some housekeeping with these re-issues and then get back to biz.
  11. It's been close to 10 months since JT 2019 wrapped in Mumbai and 3 years since JT 2017 third leg wrapped. Hopefully the Heartland project gets a concrete release date soon.U2 could always do a pay per view stream like Pearl Jam is doing with the April 2016 show in Philly where they played Ten in its entirety...I hope we get Heartland soon so the total focus is on what is next for U2. Hopefully new music sometime in 2021 and a tour in 2022. Fingers crossed!!!

Yup, PJ30 looks pretty cool. Ten and Joshua Tree are both saturated albums in my humble opinion.
