1. I hate when bands release something they already released. How does that help me or get me excited. First Nickelback then U2. Gotta be concerts recorded than that. Disappointing to say the least. The reason why I love bootlegs and the people who record them.

Same as the DVD, different nights in Boston
  3. Can anybody tell me why every album get's a re-release celebration but don't get anything for POP as if that album wasn't worth it? Still one of my favourite albums and curious what other tracks and alternative versions they recorded... Anybody?

I’ll repeat what I’ve said a few times. Pop’s big anniversary‘s fall on the same years as JT. 2012 would have been too early for a pop anniversary release only 15 years after the album release and 2017 JT took over with the tour. 2022 opens the door for a pop 25th anniversary release and I expect them to do it especially given how much they’ve celebrated JT I think they’ll be able to give that one a break for a bit. If they don’t that year they probably never will but I’d very surprised if they didn’t.

Pop had some reworked songs on the Best of 90-00 and a vinyl re-release in 2018. Apart from that they don't seem to happy about that album and maybe just don't want to bring it back in focus again? They've ignored it so often on tours, they can easily ignore a 25th or 30th birtday of it as well.

Albums like this that are loved by fans but did not reach the commercial masses tend to get overlooked or seen as 'failures' in the band's history. The album needs a revisit if they feel they didn't get to finish those songs because they rushed into a massive tour.

    Time will tell.

    Maybe just have to wait.
  9. We don't need another. The 30th was sort of skimpy anyway.
  10. Something that really irritates me with box sets and special editions is when you are supposed to be excited by the inclusion of a limited edition poster that has been folded to fit inside the box. Who wants to mount or frame a poster with multiple creases through it that are never going to disappear. Seems an entirely pointless inclusion to me.
