  1. I've said it before and I'll say it again, these guys and their management are so out of touch its staggering.
Are they really just going to rehash the same 6 concerts for the rest of their career?
2021 and 2022 (assuming no new music) will see U2 slip further away from "relevance" if they continue to let people down with sub par releases and content.
  2. Damn calm down everyone hahahdhs
    for new music, just wait
but yeah, the same 6 concerts for the rest of their career it makes me want to di-
  3. I really think this is more dedicated to a newer audience (the youtube channel) there will be people discovering a bit what U2 is like and such, I'm not sure if the live videos will stick. fans who have seen it all obviously won't surprise us, but it feels good that they do justice to the youtube channel. If there are new people attentive to the band this is a great opportunity I suppose.
  4. although I've been looking forward to remastered content from the 90s, so I hope nothing related to that is delayed, they have separate dates they could easily upload something JCKSXK I don't know this thought comes from a crazy fan of those years
  5. Some people you just can’t seem to please. I for one am looking forward to this
  6. true, not always everyone is pleased, sometimes nothing is worse
  7. I’d obviously prefer unreleased live stuff but I can’t really complain at this. It’s on YouTube so it’s free and they’re upscaling them. It’s basically a free upgrade. U2.com is where they should be upping their game a bit or in fact just with releases in general. Hopefully they can start by putting an unreleased show in an AB set this year.
  8. These shows are already on many fan channels on youtube. I thought the channel would be for rare things and videoclips and it being great. But use it to put your official catalog of concerts? What about their own Streaming? Why not negotiate seasons on Netflix or HBO? Something like "On next Summer, U2 live Red Rock remaster only on HBO". If they think they will have 500.000.000 views as new generation artists, they will be very frustrated.

That's easy. Everyone with an internetconnection has acces to youtube, while not everyone has a subscription to HBO or similar streaming services.
