I think Edge will be talking about the fanclub live performances that have been played because even though we have heard them they haven’t been commercially released. When I first read his interview I was really confident that we’d finally be getting either unreleased shows or at least a good few songs that haven’t been released before but I think the only 2 live songs that haven’t been released before are Desire from Iheartradio and Every breaking wave from the Paris show which we have on blu Ray/dvd but hadn’t been released in audio only. When he comes out and says stuck in a moment acoustic hadn’t seen the light of day when discussing the ATYCLB boxset despite being included on the walk on single then you know he’s not very clued up with what they’ve released in the past.

I've heard GOYB from Foxboro '09 on there, so yeah they're digging through stuff, albeit not the most interesting.

That was on From the ground up

  4. There’s a recording of until the end of the world from this concert November 10th 1992. If they got this song from that concert maybe they’ve got the whole concert recorded. Wouldn’t mind having this concert released if they were to do that
  5. Good looking out, I would agree with your point that lesser-known official releases (done through the band, not the label) would probably be something they consider to be fair game as "unreleased" for whatever reason.

I only know because someone mentioned it a while back, and I just knew before even looking it would be from that cd because I’ve lost any hope at this point of using the station for properly unreleased stuff.
  7. If I could be granted three U2 release wishes, I'd ask for:

    1. A 1992 ZooTV show (preferably with UV and WGRYWH)
    2. A full TUF show.
    3. R&H redone - One studio disc; one live disc.

Is that really too much to ask?

With "The Virtual Road" EPs, only Desire from iHeart hasn't been released now.

The only two concerts that have aired on the station are the Boston Elevation show (the version that came out with the 20th anniversary box) and the Apollo show (coming out for the fan club this year.)

The live content to date has mostly been from commercially available sources such as the Live in Paris 87 show, the Madison Square Garden 87 show, or fan club releases such as Hasta La Vista Baby, through to some of the tracks on U22 or From the Ground Up. The only exceptions remain "Desire" from iHeart and "EBW" from Paris '15, which has now been released in an audio format...

Oh come on, you’ve been around here long enough Everyone will be minding their own business and then @DutchU2Fan will say he’s never heard Streets. Even in the build up these being streamed there were members saying they’ve never seen these. It’s typically the younger crowd though. They didn’t even know how to operate the VHS player man.

Streets? Never heard that song. I have heard Grace tho, great song
  10. I mean, the fact that they did TWO releases worth of live cuts from the 360 Tour, all beyond the video released for the tour, is huge. They did release quite a few from the Innocence tour too. I just want to see more full shows which they don't seem keen on.
