1. Red Herdims I used to have a few of them but liked the blue ones better.
  2. I'm going to have to give the red ones a try. I've only used the blue ones.
Then I'll practice kicking a chair while playing an acoustic version of The Fly.

Or playing So Cruel horribly wrong.

If you wrote a song, does that give the right to play it wrong?

Hahaha yeah. That's a complicated move. I like it better when the chair is tuned to Eb standard.
  5. Nice. I might have the delay set too high on my chair. It always bounces back.
  6. Oooooo wait I want a red herdim 🥺
  7. Nope. The blue are the heavier of the lot (1.10 mm thick). Then there's the red ones (0.85 mm iirc) and then the yellow ones (around 0.6 mm).

Ah! My mistake, never tried the red ones myself, the blues ones suit me, and even then they’re very bendy anyway!

Yes I've always thought that. I usually use thinner picks (in the range of 0.65-0.85) because they suit my strumming style nicely. But the blue Herdims are much thicker than my average, and still they feel bendy and more flexible than their gauge would suggest. The red ones are even bendier, obviously. They feel like the super slim 0.50 Dunlops haha.
  10. When I first tried the blue ones (the only ones I've tried) I was surprised at how thick they were compared to what I usually use. I may give the red ones a try.
Personally, I like the way blue picks look better.

Yes, the blue ones have a very distinctive look, and it's almost like a trademark. You see a blue pick on someone's pickguard, you know he's probably a U2 fan

  12. Agreed! I have one tucked in my Strat. Even if I'm not using the Herdim, I leave it there for good luck.
