1. If U2 were like Pearl Jam in terms of live releases and regarding bootlegs, U2start would probably not exist. So in a way I'm happy they are much more conservative about releasing live recordings
  2. That Continuum series is great.

Pearl Jam sometimes plays stadiums. Many of their shows are and have been arenas, even in the US.

Themes are important. Spontaneity is not important. My opinion. U2 does not approach the live show the way Pearl Jam does. Time to accept that.

Its interesting U2 continues to get shredded given the many 90s/less played 80s songs on tours post Popmart.

That's an irrelevant point. They could play stadiums, but sometimes they prefer to play arenas. Australia, they play all stadiums. Europe, half the time they play stadiums nowadays. They've played more shows in stadiums in North America than they ever have recently.

Things and spontaneity are important. Interesting how you say "My opinion" yet it's "time to accept that" as well - sort of dilutes your argument.

They're two completely different live bands. It's a 'what if' situation for U2 to do drastic nightly set change; it's also a 'what if' situation if Pearl Jam decided on an elaborate live setting sticking to roughly the same songs every night. Probably shouldn't be criticising either act for both of those things. They're both unique in their live shows and I don't think many people would like to see that change.

90% of the audience only see a tour once so those are the fans they are playing to most of them don't know or care what the setlist was in Wembley stadium the week before,It's usually only on fan forums you get some disgruntled hardcore who constantly moan about hearing a song played for the hundredth time and not playing some obscure track that nobody else wants to hear.
  8. Hi ! Here's the video of our Rearviewmirror cover

  9. Well, that's amazing The first dude sounds eerily similar to Eddie Really enjoyable cover. And having Abbruzzese in there makes it worth watching alone. Well done!!
