  3. Not with fan club live gifts though, well except delivery times etc but the items themselves. U22, from the ground up, another time another place:live at the marquee, live songs of innocence and experience, Experience live in Berlin, live at the Apollo, all live stuff that hadn’t been released before except Cedarwood road on the SOI&E set which for some reason was from paris. We also got previously unreleased live versions of JT songs with the vinyl singles set so despite all their flaws they are good at giving us stuff we don’t already own with the fanclub. They’re not good at wording things or getting things out when they say they will.
  4. Maybe it will go from a 2 CD set to 1 CD to half a CD.
    A 2 CD set would be nice, especially if all unreleased. Nobody expects a tour in 2022, so the subscriber gift should really be overwhelming, not underwhelming. I'm still really upset about them going to the trouble to film Berlin in 4 Billion K or whatever, and then putting it on DVD. And there's the underwhelming Rose Bowl Blu Ray. They have 3,950 cameras there, when 10 would have been more than enough. And instead of filming a few shows we get that crap with Bono's voice cracking up, when it probably was one of the worst performances from the entire tour lol. I've said it a billion times. It's the music, not the cameras or technology. Most die hard fans, and a lot of casual fans want a show we enjoy the sound of first, and the picture second. Good thing I never complain. Only thing worse than me complaining is somebody else complaining about me complaining. That's taking complaining to another level. U2, just get it right, we love you, and sometimes we mean to bug you.

  6. Fair point, I know we all want unreleased 92-93 songs and I just don’t think it will be that. Hopefully it’s predominantly unreleased stuff

    My advice would be just don’t expect ultra rare 90’s stuff. It’s going to be Stockholm, Washington, Yankee stadium, Dublin, maybe Adelaide. I highly doubt we’ll get so cruel from zoo tv, that will either not be included or be a recent studio performance. But there’s no reason why we can’t get stuff from they shows I listed, I think that’s very realistic and then for performances from later tours we could get literally any shows from the vertigo tour onwards.

    That's fine if they use those versions just as long as they clean them up a bit. I hate to say it but that (beloved) Stockholm bootleg doesn't sound as good as it once did to my ears. I guess recent improvements with bootleg technology makes the 30-year old stuff seem quite inferior!
