Yes. Bono's voice didn't help either.
  2. I listened to, and reviewed this last year for the first time in ages and it really is poor. I’ll defend PopMart until the cows come home but it’s hard to be positive about this show.
  3. There's a brown-colored soft drink, the name of which functions as a hint as to why this went so badly.

  4. I know Edge did ecstasy during recording the album (acid or mushrooms during JT recording) but I don’t think some of those hard drugs ever made their way into the dressing room during a tour.
  5. I love some parts of this show in all it’s shitty glory, plus I have a shirt from the concert so I have to defend it
  6. This is a fantastic show. Yes, I noticed a mistake or two. I think everybody was early or late at some point. It showed they were human, and this is something the band doesn't show much anymore. Bono's voice was much stronger at other shows, and the band obviously is still learning the songs, but they gave up on so many of the songs, and couldn't bother with learning Staring At The Sun. I love the early shows like Tempe, San Diego, etc. Sao Paulo may be my favorite from the tour, but Las Vegas will always have a special place for me. Do You Feel Loved? will never be played again, and it is fairly strong here. The disaster of Sun here serves a purpose. What purpose? I don't know, but it was funny, humbling, sad, and whatever you want to make it, but they restarted, and made it to the end of what had to be one of their most difficult shows, and I love it. Nobody can convince me otherwise. And when I finally got to attend, Atlanta 97 was awesome with "40" closing it out.
