1. The joke is that this happens again and again.
    You'd expect a company or the people to learn from things that happened before. But not so with U2.com.
    Of course, the gifts that we pay for are mostly great and exclusive. But why pay people just to answer all those customer e-mails instead of getting it right for once?
    What about producing the gift first (at least a certain quantity), then announce it and send it asap people are subscribing?
    Happy customers, willing to trust the company.
    I do not order from their shop as I simply do not trust that business anymore.

    Somebody should have a word with management or band about it.

  4. I hope they will offer more than two downloads at first. There is plenty of hungry U2.com subscribers out there.

  7. no, it won't happen. The grace of this is that we speculate with a "what if" but no. U2.com wouldn't add 1 more CD
