1. Amazing!!!
  2. I think they also used the outdoor stage for the Tokyo dome as it's massive holds about 50k ,Bono really pushed his voice on that tour and it caused a lot of damage to his vocal chords he learned to use it more effectively on subsequent tours.

I remember seeing a video of that Tokyo show (it also had video screens?).

I'm still not sure if his "different" voice after Lovetown was because he changed his singing or because he'd already done the damage. Or option 3 because he sang with a throat infection for the entire Lovetown tour...
  4. This is a gem. The Edge absolutely ON FIRE during Streets, Adam eating the stage up during I Will Follow, Larry enjoying himself and smiling (!) so much during Still Haven't Found and When Love Comes To Town, and Bono semi-hoarse, on the verge of losing his voice, but still 120% all out... Wow.
  5. BB King does When Love Comes To Town July 1990

  6. truly great, imho. thank you!
  7. Angel of Harlem, When Love Comes to Town, Love Rescue Me, All I Want is You, Desire, Heartland, this album is actually very very good! Underrated!
  8. God Part II and Hawkmoon 269 also.
  9. Would have been a great 8-song album.
  10. When it was released I was actually quite disappointed with the choice of the live tracks (except BTBS). I had expected the album to contain the key live tracks of the joshua tree tour and not those rather strange selections in partly sub-par incarnations.

The studio tracks in the right sequence would have made a damn fine album.
