1. I'm a stickler for dates and well-researched reports but I gave up a long ago thinking that is was of some consequence.

Yeah you can tell Bono wrote this. Like he put effort into the words and making a good story. There is a sort of poetry to this that I haven’t seen in other autobiographies.
  3. So I pre-ordered the physical CDs version of the audio-book many many weeks ago on Amazon.
(Call me old-fashioned, but I would just love to have this in my U2 cd-collection.)

But guess what...... it was 'out of stock' from the start. I allready paid for it, but it seems it is not going to happen.....

Did anyone on this forum actually get hold of a physical copy? Or do they just not exist?

Same for me. My shiiping date was set to 8-9 november and untill the 3rd of november you could still order and get a releasedate. Mine is not canceled as i heard happened to some. But i was told i get an email when more info is available. I know there is a german version but i want Bono's voice
  5. Same for me. It says that I will get an e mail as soon as they will have a new date.
  6. I wonder if anyone has received it yet. I preorderd on the 31st of august. Perhaps people who preordered it before have received it allready

    It doesn’t exist.

I spoke with a rep for the publisher, she said they take pre-orders for physical copies, but if sales aren’t great the item just isn’t put into production. When I spoke to her she shared that the Bono book on CD (in English) had not gone into production and was unlikely to be coming out.

For those who haven’t had orders cancelled expect that they will be. She said it was very unlikely it will happen now, but I will follow up to see if she has an update.

  10. Loved the way Two Hearts Beat As One sounded in the audiobook!
  11. Nooooo! I started an audible account on amazon for the audio book that is not happening on CD but I accidentally chose the audiobook in the German translation.

Go on to the audible full website. They usually do returns without too much trouble.
