"It's an odd record and a favourite of mine. It was kind of quirky, it didn't have any of the big U2 anthems on it, it was very much a record that grew out of the studio sessions. I think the opening, 'Zooropa' itself, it absolutely mesmerising."

Though the band settled on the album name Pop for the Pop album there were many proposed titles for the album including Discola, Miami, Mi@mi, Novelty Act, Super City Man, YOU2 and Godzilla, went as far as having artwork made for them.
