1. Damien Rice- I Don't Wanna Change You.

    Wherever you go
    Well, I can always follow
I can feed this real slow
If it's a lot to swallow
And if you just want to be alone
Well, I can wait without waiting
If you want me to let this go
    Well, I'm more than willing
  2. Robbie Williams -Advertising Space.

    Waiting for god,
    To stop this.
    I'm too young and,
    And darkness.
    Everyone around you was corrupted,
    Say something.

    There's no dignity in death,
To sell the world your last breath.
Your still fighting over everything you left,
  3. If you check this maybe you can realize that David was already ill at that time
    Bowie- the next day

Look into My eyes he tells her
I'm gonna say goodbye he says yeah
D not cry she begs of him goodbye yeah
All that day she thinks of his love yeah

    ....
Here i am not quote dying
My body left to rot in a hollow tree
    It's branches throwing sadows
    On the gallows For me
  4. Inflatable doll, lover ungrateful
    I blew up your body
    But you blew my mind
    Oh those heartaches
    Dreamhome heartaches!

What a great song that is. Have you heard the cover version done by Fields Of The Nephilim? I would post you a link but Big Brother will disapprove and it may end up all 1984 here! Still, great bloody song!

Not only this song, the whole For Your Pleasure is amazing, one of the greatest albums ever.
Roxy Music with Eno were so groundbreaking.

I do have that album and have enjoyed it very much. Its a bit of a gem. I didn't like a great deal of 70s music and it does not feature heavily in my collection, but that album has to be in it.
  8. If there is something
    Their best Song ever
  9. This is probably one song that never fails to make me tear up. I told Dick Wagner this and he was truly appreciative (he was known for recording with Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, KISS and more on their solos and / or songwriting).

    Remember The Child

    ABC me crying
    Momma make me smile
    Rock me in your arms
    A little while
    ABC me crying
    Won't you love your child

    EFG I'm sorry
    Daddy take my hand
Tell me what I've done so bad
    EFG I wonder
    Why are you so mad
    Don't you love me Dad

    Cross my heart
    I swear Mom
    I won't cry no more
    I'll just lay in silence
    Down here on the floor
Cross my heart and hope to die
If you don't want me any more

    1,2,3,4 you Mom
    I won't talk so loud
    I won't laugh so hard
    I'll shut my mouth
    1,2,3, 4 you Mom
    I won't make a sound

    DO RE ME are angry
    Words are all I hear
    Through my bedroom walls
    That loud and clear
DO RE ME I lie awake
    and shake with fear
and wish I had no ears

    Try to remember the child
    That once was you
Did you hide in the darkest corner
    Of your lonely room
    And pray to G-d
    To help you through
    The long and lonely nights
    Afraid to holler Momma
Oh please come hold me tight
Go on and close your eyes Mom,
Take a little trip through time Dad
Let it all come back to you
And give unto every child the love
    The love denied to you

And remember the child will remember
And remember the child will remember
    His whole lifetime too.

  10. Cranes - feathers
  11. ABOVE THE CLOUDS - PAUL WELLER

Autumn blew its leaves at me,
    Threatening winter as I walked
Summer always goes so quick, barely stopping like my thoughts
Which dip and spin and change so fast
I have to wonder, will I last

Through the windows of the train,
I caught reflections of a paper cup,
Hanging small in a pale blue sky,
    Never knowing which way's up

Above the clouds, what's to be found,
I have to wonder, will I be around
As my anger shouts, at my own self doubt,
So a sadness creeps, into my dreams
When you're scared of living but afraid to die
I get scared of giving and I must find the faith to beat it

I must be me that's rushing by,
Time just lingers on the wind.
    Bristlin' through my open fears,
I wonder what it's going to bring

Above the clouds, what's to be found,
I have to wonder, will I be around

Run and hide, run and hide
I catch the sail at evening's tide

One of the best songs ever written in my opinion. Weller is a fantastic songwriter.
