    On the Vertigo Tour he began using Fender amps along with his traditional Vox....any idea which songs? I know on Zoo TV and Popmart he used Roland amps for "big" sounds (i.e. that ripping intro to Zoo Station, Bullet opening)

    He used Explorer for Wild Horses on the Veritgo Tour, on Zoo TV he used a Les Paul I think. Check the official vid
    of ASOH to see the Explorer...classic Edge "atmospheric" sound, great song

    As seen in Rattle and Hum it looks as though he recorded Desire with that guitar, and the main riff for Pride was done with a Strat and the backing guitar you can hear at the beginning is his Les Paul Custom
